I love fósil watches, I just don't like their costumer service approach: they do not change your battery for free they charge you, they can not polish your watch glass because they do not have a place to do it, the accessories like the belt etc are overpriced. I asked why they are not doing anything about it since they are specialist on Watches. The answer was the worst, it was because they are selling other type of merchandise too, like bags and other stuff. Other stores like swatch provides a better care of the timepieces they sale. If you can not offer care for the items do not charge a 275 for a watch.
