The doctor's and staff have always been very caring and professional. I love their call back system so you don't have to be on hold for 30 mins to talk to someone. Sometimes there's a little wait, but it's understandable - some patients need more time than expected. I'm moving to another city, and will truly miss the clinic.

I subscribed at Huisartsen Sarphatipark 4 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with their services and care! While before I had problems with Dutch GP’s (most of them never seem to take you seriously), all the medical doctors at Huisartsen Sarphatipark have an understanding of different cultures and never make you feel like you are bothering them with minor problems (as a plus, their English is flawless, so communication goes smoothly). They are very good professionals and super gentle human beings! Every time I need an answer they reply quickly and clearly! The supporting staff at the reception is also very attentive and helpful! I hope to be their patient for a long time

I was registered at this GP clinic for about 2 years. I can't say a lot of good things about it. In general it always seemed like the GPs want to send the patient home without doing a lot of work or diagnostics, which is very typical of the Dutch healthcare system. On top of that, the place doesn't really seem like a clinic, more like an improvised office in an old apartment building. Doctors are very informal and don't wear uniforms which always made me feel like I'm not dealing with a doctor but maybe an assistant. I really don't understand how this place could be approved as a doctor's office. I requested several times to see a gynecologist and every time my request was rejected. Every time I was told they don't do any kind of checkups for women. This is something completely unthinkable probably in any country other than the Netherlands... Unfortunately the same will likely be the case in every GP clinic in NL.

All doctors at Huisartsen Sarphatipark are very caring and attentive, big professionals. My activity is connected with visiting very distant places, yet i still feel protected and in case of emergency I always get the right suggestion of what i should do. With other health issues my son and me had there was always adequate and in time help from both Dr. De Boer and Dr. Van Dem Hombergh. Thank you guys.

I visited the GP because of my stress from the work. After I described my situation that I have been sexual harrassed in my office, guess what the psychologist said to me? She said: You can have a choice, you can leave the company. Cannot believe what I heard is from a registered psychologist. And then she explained that they only deal with mild mental disorder, 3-4 sessions only, suggest me to google external psychologist because they are very busy. We only have 10 minutes talk, and she already made her judgement according to her own words. Im seeking mental support and help, however, after this session, its like adding insult to injury. Her name is: Caroline Pronk.
