Super onaardig personeel, unbelievable bad educated and rude. I was yesterday and we decided to get an ice cream with my daughter of 5. Since I got into the store too fast I did not realize I was without face mask, and plus I did not notice there was an entrance and exit side (due corona restrictions), and this was only marked in the floor. I was at the entrance closer to the outside, looking at the ice cream flavors to tell my daughter, and suddenly the lady inside started to scream at me and said that I should get out. Off course I realized I needed to put my face mask and I started to move, but she kept shouting at me (with noises not even words) in front of other people, and make a sign with the hand to get out. Also without face mask!. I decided to go out, my daughter even asked why she was angry. Terrible, she could just have said (even with a sign) hey! wear a face mask. This can happen. No nice with us (even being Dutch), and even less with tourists visit there. Other people also complained that the food is terrible.

Stunning place to visit.
This place is magical. Definitely a must go place. Walking is already nice, but a boat ride will finish the deal. There is a lot to see and do. Restaurants with an amazing view. Museum. Glass blower. Pottery. Souvenir. B&Bs, Hotels and more. If you start with a boat ride you will pass by all the town has to offer. Then you go to the lake to finish again in town. Beautiful. A 1 hour boat ride is just enough to make the complete tour (circle). But if you want to enjoy and relax more take at least a 2 hour boat rent. The town is cozy, with it's small cute houses with reed roofs and small streets and bridges along the canal.
Small shop with a lot of beach themed items. Nice for some souvenirs or home decorations.
My advice walk you see many places slowly than in a boat. First time we did it with the boat but this time we decide to walk. And yes it was amazing. The best time to visit from end of June till September there you get the maximum of the weather.
