My dogs have been going here for some time now! They come back happy after they have been trimmed here and the staff are really nice and take allot of care for your pets. Not giving 5 stars cause I never do, :)

This was the first time we attempted to leave our dog here. We were inexperienced with the processes and were not fully aware of the legal requirements in relation to vaccinations. This was also by no means highlighted sufficiently! We therefore took trains and buses from The Hague only to be told that milo couldn’t stay there. Fair enough. What is not fair is that we put a significant deposit of 180 down and that these guys are going to keep the entire amount. Yes it’s stated in their terms and conditions but that just makes their terms outrageous. What exactly are the 180 for??? A refund is only made if you cancel more than 6 WEEKS before the booking. If it’s within the 6 weeks the entire deposit is gone. I would understand taking a certain percentage of the deposit but the whole amount is in my opinion uncalled for! Would not recommend this company to anyone!
Nice space, friendly people. My dog comes and goes as happy as he can be.
I found the staff friendly, but business like. We weren't even shown the cattery and our cat wasn't given any attention at all during the intake. Little questions were asked regarding his personality, not even if he was friendly to other cats. Given that they apparently were planning to put him in shared housing, I found it awkward that I had to bring the matter to their attention. Admittedly, it was Easter time when we brought our cat in, so it was busy. But I don't think that's an excuse for such an impersonal, business like attitude.
