Sorry, but our experience was a bit of a joke. All staff is equipped with a fancy communication system, yet the communication and coordination between staff was unprofessional. To cut a long story short, we had poor service and when attended did not get the impression the staff had any knowledge of their products. We waited between 5 and 10 minutes by an unmanned check-out in view of a staff member and when the cashier finally showed, it still took another 5 minutes to pay for one pair of sandals.

Ik had 4 maanden geleden eenpaar schoenen gekocht maar ik trek me veter aan en de ringen waar de veters doorgaan komen eruit. Het leer van de schoenen rekt uit en daarom komen ze eruit. Ik heb gebeld en dat was geen probleem, als de winkel weer open is kan ik ze komen ruilen, omdat het nogal duure schoenen waren. En dat het niet hóórt met dat merk. Daar ben ik erg blij mee, nu hopen dat de winkels weer eens open gaan.
Vriendelijke mensen, grote ruime winkel met goed assortiment. Ik vind het vaak prettig om iets wat je online gezien hebt on werkelijkheid te voelen en kijken. Ook te kopen dan!!
