With regards to the service for the pick up this store is really unorganized and not customer-friendly. I intended to pick up 3 packages at different days which always left me waiting for at least 20 minutes. Make sure to schedule enough staff or request staff to come out of the warehouse timely to support if you see that people lining up. Every time I picked up a package the staff looked \u003e5 minutes for it which tells me that their system of sorting the packages is completely inefficient 1 package was sent back just 1 day after it was received there eventhough DHL informed me that it would be kept there for 7 days. After me returning a 2nd time, one of the staff members admitted that it could be send back by mistake. Mistakes can happen but should not in a repetitive pattern along with unfriendly customer attitude. Hope that gives you motivation to improve.
Too expensive. Print 50 cent per page. Also same price for photocopy. She charge this incremental price. So first 3 pages are 50c each. It gets lower to 8cent for the next ones or smth. Seem confusing and also still quite high. Better option elsewhere.
Paid 4.42 for 60 pages Black and White print. Good address for printing on a later hour than usual. Also they answered the phone right away when I called them to check if they were still open, which is a too
