I highly recommend IN SYNERGY. The staff is kind and knows what they are talking about. The reason I decided to go to a chiropractor was my sports masseuse informed me that I could really benefit from from the therapy. In my consultation at IN SYNERGY my complaints were of knee pain in both knees (unhealed knee injury that I had already been to sports doctor about and a physiotherapist about but that treatment did not solve the pain) and discomfort in my hip and shoulder. After our consultation, photos were taken of me, and my alignment was measured. From there my treatment plan was discussed. After 12 treatments, I have no more pain and my posture is highly improved. Areas of tightness that I had not even known about (such as my ribs) were investigated and worked on. After my ribs and were free to expand, my asthmatic symptoms greatly decreased and I need to use my inhaler much less often. I can assuredly say that I have a much bigger knowledge of my body and I know how to help myself in the future. My original complaints have been solved and I am able to practice sports with no knee brace, and no fear! I am a classical singer and having my ribs and chest opened and my posture improved has greatly influenced my singing in a positive way. I highly recommend IN SYNERGY to all musicians, especially singers.

I highly recommend ! Following a frenectomy, we had some sessions with Giulia Lufino because our newborn had loads of muscle tensions (which might also be due to a speedy birth delivery). She was very helpful, gentle and did wonders ! We'll probably come back but this time for me and the daddy ;)
