As a student, when choosing a place to eat, value for money is a crucial factor. In Groningen, nothing tops UNO. The prices are very affordable and the food is incredibly tasty - the Shawarma is the best I have ever had. On top of that, with take-away the wait time is incredibly short and rarely exceeds 10 minutes. Finally, the staff are very friendly and after eating here you instantly want to come back the next day. The best restaurant in Groningen, without a doubt!

Being from Syrian descent myself, I am lost for words. The food served by the amazing team at Uno speaks for itself. They use the best ingredients, make their own shoarma rather than plastic wrapped, mass produced ones and to top it all off: you HAVE to experience their smoked rice yourself, because there's no way of putting into words the experience it takes you on. Abdul and his team are amazing, friendly people who care about giving us the best food-experience possible.

Excellent fast food. I have not been to the restaurant, but chose to have a meal delivered to my home. It was a good portion and very tasty. The salad was slightly disappointing, compared to the meat and fries, which were among the best I've had.
