For some reason my phone stopped picking up Vodafone's signal for a week. I went into the shop to have it looked at, and the very friendly employee took a look and patiently listened and tried to solve my problem. Without any settings changed, the phone suddenly picked up the Vodafone signal and started behaving properly again. I think it knew a nice shop when it was in one! Will go back here for any future issues.
I've been there twice and a day can make a huge difference. The first time, the staff was polite and motivated. They offered me a good deal and suggested I should think about it and come back the next day if I am still interested. So, at first I was completely satisfied. However, the situation was completely different the next. Waiting was very long - I was told that two people were waiting before me and asked me to wait. While I waited they started serving customers who came after me. I asked them politely if I was next in line, however, the employee got rude in this moment. Also, when I wanted to confirm the deal they offered me the day before (I got a print out of it) they declined it.
All team is professional and problem solver
There are now 3 Vodaphone shops on the same street in the city centre... Don't ask me why. After having been to all three the other day, I was disappointed to find out that this does not mean better service - none of the three had any dongles! Rather frustrating, but I was met lovely, apologetic staff in all three places.
