I had never seen such a terrible service, saw the employees throwing the pen at the clients to sign the documents, talking without any education at all. I don't know who the hell gave the job to these people.
The pretty blonde lady has always been polite to me everytime I exchanged money there. Gives me the best rate she can. So please don't go by all these OLD reviews.
Avoid the employee by the name of Cyrus, asks condescending questions to foreigners why they don't speak Dutch. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour where people of many backgrounds come to send/receive money. Firstly, as a man, you are in no position to tell a woman what she should or should not be doing. Secondly, as a person of colour, you should know better than perpetuating discrimination, when you can be equally discriminated against in this country, if not worse.
Fast and helpful service. When you order money online beforehand through their website you don't have to pay commission (March 2018)
Bad service, actually you can talk about service at that place, because they don't know what is it. The personal work slowly and don't care that there is huge line. Working just one counter with Arabic rude man. Actually there is pretty nice lady but usually she is not there. Hopefully it's will change.
