Don't be fooled by checking their rates or tenders online or in person; after some contact, they read our invites mentioned the word \wedding\ and literally doubled their fees. Very dissapointing when we thought we'd found an affordable option. We'll send our invites by Whatsapp, email or personally thank you very much. ... and people still wonder why printers are going out of business...

I used to love the service in this shop, but the last two times I went, I found them rude and stressed. Looks like they have too much work to be able to serve the customers coming through the door. I was passed from one employee to another, so I didn't get what I wanted as measurements and preferences where lost in the passing from one person serving me to another. I ended up walking out with only 1 of the 3 jobs I had asked for done properly according to what I wanted. Let's hope they remember to serve the customers that come through the door too! I agree with this post from 4 years ago: ze doen niet de moeite om je te snappen als je iets probeert duidelijk te maken, alsof je een domme klant bent die hun tijd komt verdoen.
