Staff have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I bought my first racing bike here and they helped get the correct fit and recommended the best bikes for my purposes. Have been back many times since and always had a pleasant experience, highly recommend. Plus they have extremely good deals on the road bike prices, much better than I could find online.

I've just bought a Trek Lexa road bike at this shop and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The entire team is knowledgeable. very kind and helpful. This is my first road bike, so they assisted me with picking the right one and got it fitted just the way I wanted. I strongly recommend this shop to everyone looking for purchasing a new bike or maintaining their existing ones!
I left my new racing bike to set up the gears and adjust it to my size. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Some time ago i ordered one thing in this shop. They told me that they dont have it on stock but would be delivered within couple of days. I was waiting for 2-3 weeks. When i received it didnt suit my bike so i had to return it back (I showed them my bike before and they said they know what would suit my bike). I didnt hear any sorry for delay neither sorry for mistake. The staff unfriendly and moody.

Most of the times very friendly and helpful stuff. Once I encountered a somewhat rude person but I went there enough times that they are professional and friendly.
Not the fastest and not the friendliest either, although it's a fancy shop and people seem to know their stuff about repairing bikes.
Visiting this place was just a waste of time. Arrogant and unfriendly staff. Not recommended
