This is the best campsite in Friesland. Ten minutes walk outside the centre of Heeg beautiful situated near the water fully grown with Trees, flowers and bushes. You can rent a tent or bring your own, rent a boat or canoe, a hottub or a woodstove (with wood) to make your own campfire. Verry relaxed atmosphere with verry relaxed people.

Great camping site. Relaxed. Right on the lake. Helpful staff. Can rent boats. Bring you bbq and enjoy outdoor time. Would definitelly return.

Very good camping and staff. The places are wild and you have your privacy. The center of Heeg is one minute away. It's a lovely village

Don't judge a book by its cover! Great little camping site with good washroom and shower facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy 10 minute walk into Heeg. Nice waterside places to eat and drink.

Nice campsite with probably the friendliest staff around. Facilities are very clean. Possibly there are better sites but our stay here was trouble free. Cars are parked away from tents which improves atmosphere. We did our own thing in the lake, there are boats and windsurfers on site but probably due to poor weather there was not a lot of action when we were there so best to check whats on offer. Local village has several eating and shopping options, Friesland area itself is very easy to get around by bike.
