Coa staff are very rude, and instead of focusing the source of the problems they try to cover the outcomes. And they don't take initiative to improve the life quality in azc. Also people who have refugee background in Coa more rude than Nederlanders in Coa .

Ze doen hun werk zo’n goed dat het is zes weken sinds ik mijn verblijfsvergunning gekregen heb en vijftien maanden sinds ik in Nederland gekomen ben geweest, maar nog steeds heb ik mijn BSN nummer niet kunnen krijgen. Vanwege hen geloof ik niet meer dat er “rule of law” in Nederland is want het is in Nederlandse wet geschreven dat het mijn recht is om BSN nummer te krijgen op de zesde maand nadat ik in Nederland kom. Ze gebruiken Corona om hun werken niet te doen.
