Like all CenterParcs set, the place is beautiful. The park is clean and spacious. Because of corona restrictions, most of its iconic attractions were closed like AquaMundo. But even then, there was enough crowd, people cycled, walked, just played. It was good. About the cottage: we had a VIP cottage for 4. I had read reviews that the cottage was dirty and old. Well, it is a bit old but certainly not dirty. It was clean. Just well-worn out. So many people stay and not everyone treats the place equal.. what do you expect!! For us, it was clean, the utensils good, peaceful time we had.

We had cottage with sauna and fireplace.. Even though all facilities were closed it was nice to watch real fire, with occasional marshmallows.. It was really nice..
Every judgement is based on personal experience. I come from south-east Poland, Carpathian Mountains just between Poland and Slovakia, full of wild nature and tourist attracions. So Center Parcs don’t impress me much. However I understand that for inhabitanst industrial areas like Ruhr Gebiet or Dutch lowlands completely transformed to serve modern agriculture, such place is an asylum especially for children. All of this ester birds and rabbits provides a lots of fun and location is easily accesible from Benelux and Germany
We always loved to spend relaxing time in Center park. But this time... The place is getting old and a visual lack of maintenance is very present all over the park. The food inside the Plaza was very disappointing. Taste- and price wise. Also, staff we had spoken too did not seem to be customer service educated. A smile and friendliness gets a lot done. Hopefully they will get back to their former glory.
Lovely place to spend a week. There are a lot of activities to choose from but I would recommend you book in advance of your stay as it can get quite crowded. The wildlife was amazing. The one letdown was the food which was terrible. Most of it was double fried and old/ UN edible...I strongly recommend you cook for yourself.
Uncontactable. We have tried getting a response by email, twitter and trips advisor for a better channel of communication but even the email address they provided publicly was unanswered.
Very bad experience! Poor service, Broken baby bed, Lack of basic utility like toilet paper and bin bags. Very annoying that thermostat kept getting off in the middle of cold nights, resulted into very disturbed sleep - which defines the purpose of holiday. Bad ergonomics of kitchen design, makes the space very uncomfortable to use. Miscommunication of breakfast, it mentioned breakfast included at the time of booking but it was not. When consulted they did a favor and gave us 50 euros coupon for four adults for 4 days! I do not recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.
Very nice natural place finding some peace of mind with some exploration of the park' s nature
