They sold my mom a red car telling her that the red pigment in the car would not fade away, they assured her that was a thing of the past. Half a year later, the wax they put on to hide it fade away and the car looks hideous. When she came back for the Opel service, the mechanic told her she needed a new car battery and some other parts for way to much money, she refused the battery but the rest was needed. The battery lasted for 4 years more until it was bad.

Very friendly staff and quick service
Complete disaster and ultimate rip off. A mechanic that fails to inform the manager that a car is not finished and therefore not ready to be picked up. At first they give you an estimated 1000 Euro diagnose on issues that need to be fixed. I waited a few days, came back; car not ready and another additional 1000 Euro costs, waited another day, came back; car still not ready. This company has costed me a mere _ 3000 Euro (and a three days leave from work) and my car still wasnt fixed! And to think that I thought it was better to take my Opel to an Opel dealer because it would better for the car.. NOT! Eventually I had my car fixed by an honest mechanic. The only offer that this company had was to sell me a refurbished part of the engine that needed to be fixed to lower the costs(!) And they offered me that with a straight face. So altogether this company made around 3000 euro without fixing the car (yes they replaced parts yes, but the problem for which I brought it there was never resolved). And if you are not from Limburg I strongly advise anyone not to go here because they will most certainly rip you off. What happened to me happened in 2015, I eventually had to sell my car because of all the costs I made because of this company. And this company? They made an extra buck on a goodwilling customer. Shame on this company and the star I rated isnt even worth it. I strongly advise anyone to take their car elsewhere. I will post the receipts when Hekkert Heerlen tries to debunk this review. Its 2017 now and im still fed up about it and reading all those reviews below I thought I'd help someone by warning them. It is still your own choice to go here but I highly reccommend you not to, knowing I should have placed this review here in 2015 already. Best regards.
In augustus 2019 grote beurt laten uitvoeren. Deze is uitgevoerd door een leerling. Op zich niets mis mee als het daarna maar gecontroleerd wordt door een van de hoofdmonteurs (wat dus niet is gedaan). Vandaag auto terug gekregen van een goede vriend die ook automonteur is en dit werk ook al meer dan 20 jaar doet. Die monteur liet mij de interieur filter zien die de leerling bij opel hekkert in heerlen had ingebouwd. (Scheef erin gelegd en heeft dus totaal geen werking gehad een jaar lang) de olie filter lekte omdat deze niet fatsoenlijk was aangedraaid. En zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Heb daar toen 763 euro en centen voor betaald. Even voor de beeld vorming ik heb net 300 euro betaald voor een beurt bij deze vriend van mij die dus ook al meer dan 20 jaar auto's maakt. Zou bijna manager willen worden bij opel hekkert maar dan voor de helft van het geld als wat hun krijgen want verdienen doen ze het niet !!
Vandaag ivm de garantie de 6jaars onderhoudsbeurt laten uitvoeren (Ford Fiesta). Dit is een normale grote beurt! Deze beurt kost 498. Ik schrok van dit bedrag. Mijn auto werd wel door 2 monteurs nagekeken voor 0,01. De ruitensproeiervloeistof was gratis!! En ik kreeg een mooie persoonlijke videoboodschap van de monteur. Kortom m.i. een veel te hoge prijs voor deze onderhoudsbeurt. De mevrouw aan de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
