This place it is far from a trusted store. I contacted them in the en of January to have my cooktop repaired. The repair was not possible and they sold me a second hande one and I was charged 318 euros including the service. After almost 2 months the cooktop stop working, i called then again and they took the cooktop with them. The next day they emailed me saying that they ordered some spare parts. After that they \disappeared\! I sent a lt of emails, called them without success. I thought that because the corona situation they closed the store or something similar. 2 weeks back i decided to go there, and there they were working. When i asked why they never gave a feedback they just said that they dont need to say anything, that they ordered the spare part and when the spare part arrive they will calk me for an appointment. they told that it comes from china and they don't know when it will arrive. after long discussion they promissed me that they would fix another one and in one week they would give to me. Also did not happen, i called them and they said that it will also take time. I asked my money back, they said that it also never going to happen. I spoke with the owner and he said that it not worth to go to the store because i will never have my money back and i have to wait. here i am, lost 318 euros. _______ Regarding your reply. Do not try find excuses for what you are not capable of. You never gave a feedback, and are not able to say when the cooktop will be repaired. You told that you would bring another one this week. Where are you? Maybe I need to improve my communication skills. But I am sure that you have no idea on how to run this kind of business. ______ Weeks has been past and nothing had happened. They disappeared. And he said that I did not lose my money... I hope people check the reviews before to go to this place. Very easy job, they don't do a good job and they don't give your money back.

Aardig personeel, zakenkundig, faire prijzen en inruilvoorstel. Daarnaast 3 maanden garantie. Nou hopelijk hoef ik daar geen aanspraak op te maken. Keurige winkel, klant en personeel worden op handen gedragen. Zo hoort het.

Beetje achteraf. Je moet het net weten. Winkel is ja euh hmm maar de 2de hands spullen die gerepareerd zijn, die zijn goed voor die prijs. Service is zeker goed. Geen kinderen van 16 in de winkel of achter de kassa. Hij denkt goed mee en heeft kennis.

Miele laten repareren demper 2 stuks koste 138.75 Bij het draaien van de machine zat de trommel meer los dan voorheen dus tijdelijk ergens anders de was gedaan Vorige week poging 2 ja raad het maar trommel liep zwaar en maakt schurend geluid gelijk weer uitgezet. Heb hun 2 x gebeld maar lag niet aan hun met andere woorden zoek het maar uit . Miele gebeld met de klacht mij werd verteld dat het zeer degelijk mogelijk is dat de montage onvoldoende is verricht Geld weg bedankt ! Heb telefonisch contact gehad En het probleem word vandaag nog opgelost. Helemaal Top !! Ze zijn geweest en direct tot mooie nette oplossing gekomen Mijn dag kan niet meer stuk !
