This was the worst experience I ever had I lost money I left after trying to get rid of mouses coming in and out of holes in the 40 m2 appartment that doesn't even have a window. The landlord is ignoring all reclames from the unfinished bed room and shower. The appartment was a winkle so no windows. This agency will just repeat they are sorry about this and that but no help to solve issues. Other that the rent price is more than what the place deserved. Tha last before leaving I asked to leave in middle of the month and they accepted The agreement was made and the rest of the month rent is going to be returned what happened is that after check out they didn't respond to any of email and didn't pick up my calls. I think there are many other agencies that can make better and more helpful and professional. I don't recommend it. You did not tell me anything, I didn't get any response from you, hence I contacted directly the landlord and he explained to me ( not you, the broker), you do not reply with facts but with being little sarcastic, yes you are the broker and not the landlord :) , you don't need to explain yourself anymore. thank you

This company had another name 4 years ago, for some reason they changed it, I did sign a contract for 1 year, after that I never heard anything about the next one, now I'm living in this house already for 5 years without contract, so legally I have nothing to see with them anymore and I didn't hear anything about my borg, of course!!
Terrible experience with these people!! The first flat we applied to, we got called to organize a visit. I asked if they could send an email, since I was at work at that time and couldnt talk. They promised to send an email and it never came. When I called them to ask about it, they said it wasnt available anymore... Next flat we actually manage to organize a visit at 13:30 The person arrived almost at 14:00. No apology or explanation. We were interested in the flat and were informed to send the paylslips and ID to her email, which we did. After 3 days of no answer, we go in person to the agency and they inform that they rented it to someone else! Is a call or email too much to ask? Finally we manage a visit for a 3rd flat. The person arrives and realizes that he has the wrong keys. We asked for explanations but he started shounting and saying its wasnt his fault... We asked to see the flat the following day but were told it was already fully booked with visits. So we lost that flat as well. We went to make a formal complain to the agency and they basically told us tough luck. Never a single apology. This place should be ilegal and closed down.
This is one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with. They either by accident or on purpose give the wrong information, don't show up to appointments and are rude and incomplete in their communication. If you have a chance of steering clear of these unprofessional wastes of space, my advice would be to do so immediately. If not, brace yourself for an unpleasant experience. A few examples: we had to deal with them when signing the lease for our apartment. It was advertised and explained to us very differently than it was in reality. 150 m2 was promised incl garden. A garden was shown and 2 levels comprising 150 m2. However, once we lived there, we found out the garden was not ours but our neighbors' and we were not allowed to use it. The basement level was in a bad state and we found out later that only half of it was ours. The other half would be used by the landlord for storage, meaning he would use our front door and come and go as he pleased to get stuff from the basement. We had an argument with our landlord based on this, but all caused by bad communication from Brick Brokers. We are now dealing with them again because we are moving out of our rental apartment and we're having similar issues. We had an appointment for an intake to get the apartment back on the market and they just did not show up on the agreed upon time, without any notification. We made a 2nd appointment and after asking if we could prepare something we heard back that we couldn't but in the end it appeared to be an appointment to take pictures of the place. This type of thing would be nice to know. All in all, I've only had stress from my dealings with these people and would not wish this on anybody. If I could give minus stars, I would.
Racists! I am calling for a shop in Havenstraat and they told me is taken after 1 minute my colleugau who is Dutch is calling and they say that it is available. I even called 2 times in the past , I got the same answer! We have a healthy business ! the shop is for the last 2 years always empty! They can probably find better renter than me who is talking Dutch with accent and running a serious business!
After contacting Brick Brokers a month and a half ago, they finally responded. In that time, we found a property, viewed it and moved.

Dit bedrijf ontbeert enige vorm van menselijkheid en behulpzaamheid. Totaal niet meedenken met de geïnteresseerde (in nood) en samen zoeken naar een mooie oplossing. Liever snel afwimpelen als het niet in hun straatje past. WALGELIJK!
