This comment relates to the workshop rather than the dealership. I had my RRS serviced there over a couple of years and had multiple cases where the work was either done poorly (they forgot to reassemble some engine parts properly) or not at all (parts were charged for but not replaced). Recently I found out that Kroymans had mounted non-original break pads (Ferodo) which were worn off after 25K km’s - but they obviously charged 107 for original ones. Also their workshop hour costs 120 plus VAT - a joke for the quality of work.
