I've been using Hoek since the beginning of the lockdown in London for my business Sophie & Luna. My account manager Paul has always been amazing. Any little issue has been solved and completely exceeded expectations. Flowers arrive super quick and tbh they haven't been the best quality like dried pampas, tulip head broken from shipping for example. But this would happen with nay supplier! Paul has resolved any issue promptly and smoothly. I couldn't recommend Hoek more. There's also a small minimum order for free shipping of 200 Definitely having a good account manager helps!

I would give zero stars if possible - Any florist in Canada BEWARE! I had been speaking with my Hoek rep for two months to make sure I understood the ordering process and expectations prior to lacing an order. The rep had great communication skills/ responsiveness and promised I would receive my order within 2-3 days of ordering. After placing my order they informed me that I did not meet their minimum shipping order and nailed me with a 100 shipping fee when it was too late to adjust my order and add to it to avoid the shipping fee. 4 days went by and I emailed my rep explaining that my order never arrived and they blamed FedEx and said \this had never happened before\. It has been nearly a month and I am STILL fighting to get a refund for hundreds of dollars for an order I never received. The worst part is that my rep confirmed to me in an email that they know I did not receive my order! Hoek's website looks like a great opportunity for florists, but you WILL be burned in the end.
Ive been using Hoek for a year or so now, they offer a great service, very competitive prices, provide a great selection of quality flowers and have lovely staff. What more could a florist want.
Shocking service! Placed an order which never turned up, Account Manager had no clue and said it was our fault, delivery charges are extortionate when they do actually deliver!
Very good service and reliable delivery. Pleased to work with.
