I was really excited when I discovered this shop and the selection, but after one visit and another online interaction I will sadly not go back. On the first occasion I realised at home that I was overcharged!...and on the second occasion the wine sold in the online store was not available (although it appears to be) and was then offered to be shipped a younger vintage at the same price?!?! Customer service is more than fake smiles and warm words!

If you are in the area, Wijnzaak is certainly where you want to go to stock up on wine supplies. The owners and staff are engaging and have a great knowledge of wines. Great selection from well known and little known wineries from across the world. Their interior layout also definitely adds to the atmosphere and experience. I regret not having a picture to share. PS they also have a nice selection of select spirits.
