Health coaching was never so profesional and effective. Eleni has great knowledge on how a healthy diet and a ballanced lifestyle can benefit on our health, our mental stability and our emotions. What impresses me every time I consult Eleni is that she ALWAYS has a scientific paper to back up her advice. You can see that she is passionate about research and this inspires me to be more careful when looking into my dietary choices too. Definitely recommended for adults and kids alike (I have two of them and I go to Eleni/IASIS whenever in doubt about their nutrition.)
