STAY AWAY. If I could give Innova zero stars, I would. I get a bill and 2 days later a collections agency is contacting me about a missed payment!?! And of course additional money to pay. I have always paid all my bills on time (mostly because everything else is automated) and somehow Innova has managed to piss me off every single month. And why do my bills come for different amounts!? There is a standard set payment we all pay which is decided at the start of the contract. I am so looking forward for this year to end and to change providers. Never again. My next step is to report this ridiculous \company\. I should have read these reviews before agreeing......
SCAM! they charged me over 500 to disconnect and 6 months later are asking for more money! No one answers the phone when you contact them!
