DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. NOT TRUSTWORTHY. THIS IS MY SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP. Extremely bad service for the second time. I asked if I can test drive an electric skateboard. A staff there promised me that I can come back the day after at the same time and he will have the electric skateboard charged and ready to test drive. Came back the day after at exactly the same time and he told me again to come back the day after because the skateboard was still in the warehouse. This happen three times for the test drive over two weeks. I then decided not to test drive anymore and instead, to buy it immediately. After I arranged payment with the leasing company, I came to the shop. It was at 14:00 and they said the skateboard was still in the warehouse. I told them that I really needed the skateboard as I will be travelling to Eindhoven and stayed there for two weeks. They said either tonight around closing time or tomorrow morning they will call me. I told them that if tomorrow I don't get a call from them, I'd rather buy it in Germany as I will be already in Eindhoven anyway. The day after, NO PHONE CALL AT ALL. So I drive to Eindhoven. In Eindhoven, I felt bad as they might already worked on it. So I called them and they said the skateboard is ready at the warehouse and they can bring it tomorrow so if I can come there tomorrow, I can pick it up immediately. And guess what? The day after, I drove back to Zaandam - just to pick up the skateboard. Yes! NO SKATEBOARD YET. STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE THEY SAID. So, I asked them can you pick it up cause I drove from Eindhoven. They said yes, they will pick it up. One hour later, they called. What did they say? THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SKATEBOARD IN THE WAREHOUSE. OUT OF STOCK. This is my second bad experience with this shop. The first one was with buying SuperSoco. Which was exactly the same experience with the electric skateboard. So my advise is to NOT buy from this shop.

Product is ok Service and delivery is below all proportions. Don't let your enthusiasm about the product take over, they will ruin it.
Gisteren een mooie Fatboy 6 uitgezocht en vandaag al kunnen ophalen. Goeie uitleg en leuke gozer die alles goed regeld naar wensen.
De leveringsdata die werd genoemd kloppen niet altijd. Bij het bestellen van een elektrische step een half jaar terug moest ik al 4x langskomen. Met elke keer een ander verhaal dat hij er volgende keer wel zou zijn. Met reparatie, weer hetzelfde verhaal. Hebben ze gebeld dat ik langs kon komen. Kom ik langs, hangt er een brief met een nummer dat ze op de werkplaats zijn. Ik dat nummer bellen, gaat de hele tijd over en wordt niet opgenomen. 5 minuten erna nogmaals gebeld en werd gelijk naar voicemail gestuurd. Nog nooit een review achter gelaten. Weet dat de eigenaar de review serieus neemt. Hoop dat het verbeterd. Product ben ik verder heel blij mee.
In 2018 de Doohan I-Tank hier gekocht. Het leveren was toen al gedoe, elke keer verschoven. In oktober ging de brommer stuk. Meerdere malen gebeld en gemaild of zij de reparatie uit konden voeren... Nooit wat gehoord.
Dit is geen tent waar je kwaliteit of service kunt verwachten. Dit is derde keer in een halfjaar tijd dat mijn I-Tank 3-wiel scooter naar de reparatie moet, het is telkens de schokbreker of de vering die het niet doet of stuk gaat. Ik wacht nu meer dan 2 maanden op mijn I-Tank, die daar in hun garage staat. Ik heb ze vaker gebeld wanneer ik hem kan verwachten en krijg steeds 'Ja we hebben het druk - we hebben scooters door heel Nederland rijden' of valse beloftes te horen. Ook werd in augustus mij een topkoffer beloofd, die ik nooit heb gekregen. Het lijkt ook alsof ze geen agenda hebben, want ze vergeten je afspraak altijd of komen er gewoon niet erop terug.
