This barbershop is the worst place to get a haircut in Rotterdam and perhaps in all of the Netherlands. They have no respect for customer’s time and engage in high degree nepotism. I booked a haircut appointment for 3:30pm today and when I got there, they didn’t have space for me and told me to wait. After the 30 minutes, a barber was free and I was next in line but he told me he could not cut my hair because he was not the one who picked my call just so he could attend to a returning customer who just came in. I waited another 30 minutes for the guy who picked my call. When it was my turn again, he sidelined and attended to someone who just came in. I left in a fit of anger. I wonder if they show the same disregard for professionalism in maintaining their barber tools. In summary, the barbershop is poorly managed and a complete disgrace.

Duurde veel en veel te lang, kapper dronk bier terwijl hij mij knipte. Liep vaak weg heb in totaal 2 uur gewacht en voor 20 euro hebben ze m'n haar niet eens geföhnd. Terwijl dit bij de prijs inbegrepen zat. Belachelijk.
