Everybody is complaining about closure during opening hours. The guy runs the shop by his self, and comes down right away when you call him on his mobile phone. Give him a break. Always fast and good service.

Shop wasn't opened at first (during regular opening hours). But after calling the mobile number on the website a couple of times someone came down from the house above to open the shop. Very strange, but managed to get my package.
Closed during opening hours. What is the point of then having hours on the dhl website
It’s 18h42 and the shop is closed. On google maps it says 19h and on the door it says that is opened until 20h. It’s raining and I got out of home for nothing.

De eigenaar was weg toen we een pakketje wilden ophalen. Geen briefje op de deur of wat dan ook. Gelukkig verder een relaxte kerel. Maar zo wazig.
