Good cheese, not enough time on education. Enjoyed hearing about how the cheese was made. Docent was witty and friendly. Cheese sampling was a nice perk. Would have been nice to have a bit more demonstration, but I may have been in the minority. Picture of goat for perspective.

Lucky to visit this place. Very informative and nice employees. You can see most of the farm, from the field and feeding cows to the aging the cheese.
