I ordered a burger menu, 2 dips 1 raspberry cookie, to reach the minimum amount of 10 for delivery. Mark my surprise when I’ve finished my meal, and what I’ve think saved my cookie for later, jump back in to the bag to realize the cookie is not there?! And obviously it’s after 21:00, and the restaurant is closed Fine, it’s only 1.65 for a cookie, but I did pay for the delivery (1.49) and expect my complete order to be there. How can and will McDonalds compensate me? I mean, why on earth would they even believe me when I come the day after to request my money back/compensation?? When ordering for delivery, you expect to get what you’ve ordered, especially during these times with lockdown and curfews. Do better next time, and pay attention to the order slip!

I ordered 2 fish filet and 2 sunday ice cream. Personal made 1 fish filet and 2 ice cream leaving it behind the counter without serving it to me. The fish getting colder and the sunday ice-cream melting while waiting . After getting the total order i commented that the first fish had been getting cold and the sunday melting. The manager told me that he could not do anything because of him just following procedures. I asked him if he was satisfied of serving me 1 cold fish filet and 2 melted sunday ice, he said he didn't see any problem with it. I took pictures of the melted ice. Real strange way to keep the costumers satisfied. Everybody can make a mistake but after giving him the opportunity to solve it he still had no service in mind. I really like this comment to get to the right person to checkout if this was a incident or just overall wrong way of working (procedures ) at this mac donalds. This comment is also send out to Mac Donalds service contact The picture is of the 2 sunday ice cream. This is the way it was served !!
