Poor and slow service, as if nothing happened to her(front desk short and blond hair old women)! Only tells me \Please calm down and there are many people lost their bike in Leiden and I have more important things to do\ when I was reporting about my losing bike just in front of their police station!!!

Agressieve agent. Zet zijn helm niet af, wil met alle geweld bij je binnen komen. Zegt dat hij recht daartoe heeft. Omdat iemand geklaagd heeft over luide muziek. Ik had helemaal geen muziek. Agent ernaast doet er niets aan.
Aardig personeel, lekker bed; al met al een comphortabel verblijf. Mijn vrouw en ik komen zeker terug! Met vriendelijke groet, Richard P.S. Ik was zeer ontdaan van het feit dat mijn koffers doorzocht werden, los dit op!
Politie is erg vriendelijk. Mooi gebouw ook!
