Please AVOID. Very rude and unprofessional. Everyone can make a mistake but these people try to blame the customer for their mistakes. They can often be heard shouting at customers if customers are not happy with the work. I stopped my business a few years ago when they assured me that they could fix my high heeled shoes but then proceeded to cut the heels short: one about 1 inch shorter, the other 2 inches (I kid you not). When I pointed out the shoes were no longer usable this way they made a whole spectacle while other customers lined up, even shouting I 'should not be so dumb to walk on them till they were broken anyway' (.. I checked upfront if they would be able to fix it, they said yes- but regardless, this is not the way to behave when you clearly have made a mistake). Today my poor elderly mother got the rude treatment from them. She had a key duplicated but it did not work. On inspection we could see clearly this was not the same key (when put together you could see they did not line up). When she asked them to fix the issue they told her there was nothing to fix and it should work (it did not). When she persisted they told her she probably did not use the key correctly. Mind you, this is an elderly lady we are talking about. She insisted they needed to fix it so begrudgingly they did some work on the key. Of course it stil does not work.... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

These guys can't even cut a Yale lock key. The key had two grooves but they used a blank with only one groove. The key didn't work of course. We went back to store to give them another chance to cut the key. They still couldn't understand what was wrong. They just cut the key thinner saying maybe that works. Pretty dumb. My two year old niece knows that the cube fits in the square hole. It's not rocket science. You have one job guys: cut keys that work. Update: I went back there, showed him the wrong cut key. I asked to see the blank key to see if he had the right one. They did not. The guy just didn't understand the key would not work. I'm getting annoyed now at being ignored and his stubbornness. He was about to try again to cut me a key that doesn't work. So I just demand refund. I admit I raised my voice. The guy threatened to call the police and pushed me out of the store. I thought ok, fair enough. Then a bit later after going to the other key shop down the road and receiving the correct key and kind service, it occurred to me that maybe I should call the police to help me. So I did. And the police came and I got my 8 euro refund. So success! But would have been a lot less stressful just to avoid this store.

The service of the shop was quite okay: although they didn't make the right copies of our keys, we have received the refund via bank transfer with a fast and nice response.

Overcharged and took 40 minutes to make a regular (non-special) house key. Ended up paying 20 euros for a duplicate key which took nearly an hour to complete. Avoid, avoid and avoid some more.
