Avoid this agency. No professional. Fraud. Phishing. Take care not to sign any document with them. They are asking you to sign rent acceptance form and ask document from you to check if you are compliant with their renting policy. If you decide not to rent anything from them, they are bulling you with this form and ask money for rent even if you don't have lease contract. Stay away from this agency!
