We went to prenatal to be advised for a new stroller. Luca did a great job. He was super helpful, patient and friendly. We felt comfortable to buy his advised stroller! Well done, see you soon
Terrible experience! The service is very bad. Do not order something that is not in the shop because they may tell you you will have the items in couple of days in the shop and actually the thing you order is not even in the stock!! And in order to learn this, I had to call ten times to push them to give me an exact date of delivery.
Onwijs blij met de service om tijdens de lockdown door mega stores te laten bezorgen ipv postnl! Binnen 3 uur de bestelling binnen een paar dingen waren niet op voorraad dus beeld bellend een nieuw setje samen gesteld! Super service en een onwijs meedenkende vriendelijke verkoopster
Prenatal heeft tijdens de lock-down een service opgestart, waarbij de XL winkels binnen een straal van 15 km bezorgen. Vanmorgen telefonisch besteld en 3 uur later had ik de producten al binnen! Top geregeld!
