This by far the worst experience in my entire life. Never have I been so humiliated for asking a fair and reasonable question. Don't order the unlimited ribs if you not prepared to wait an unlimited time for the second helping. We waited 50 minutes for the second helping and when it did arrive was not a reflection of the first portion we received. At this stage I was over waiting and propose a discount for the wait time. This is when hell broke loose. The owner\\cook just lost it and shouted at us for even suggesting it. I ask him to relax as the poor waiter was also getting. Embarrassed i was. Shame on you sir for behaving like this. I hope that other visitors to Amsterdam will never have to experience what we did.

We had a very unlucky experience here. 2 adults, 1 kid, complaints in time order: 1. The waiter was kind but he mixed up the order of the child in the party, he offered to exchange it but she was hungrier than to wait. 2. There was a fly in the salad, waiter exchanged it. 3. My friend ordered a medium-well steak, it was on the raw side if rare... Only 20% on the outside was edible. This all could have been solved and we would have been if they treated the problem with profession and the right attitude. Honestly we gave up after problem 2. Hopefully you guys can resolve these issues in the future and explain the staff why attitude is important.

The waiter was friendly but the food was terrible. Had grilled chicken which tasted like it had gone bad, frozen, grilled and served. I now understand why the waiters sort of ask customers to come into their restaurant

Simply awful. Ordered a combination dish of spareribs and grilled chicken and both were terrible. The chicken was very dry and had a strange fish taste. I am 100% convinced that the kitchen keeps all the meat together in 1 container, which explains the taste. When you think it cant be any worse than this I was proven wrong when I ate the spareribs. The meat was not tender at all and it had a disgusting dark gray colour. How they even managed to achieve this is beyond my comprehension (perhaps cooked in advance and then microwaved?). The salad is a complete joke and consists out of cheap fridge salad with a tasteless tomatoe cut in pieces. After me and my girlfriend finished half the dish we couldn't eat anymore. I payed for the garbage with my card and left as fast as i could. Simply put: DON'T EAT HERE!!

Absolutely dreadful. Seriously one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten. The food is NOT tapas. I mean, yes, it’s not going to be as good as in Spain, but this food is BARELY edible. And we paid 90 for a horrible meal, horrible service, takes forever to get the food. Go anywhere else in Amsterdam, you’ll thank yourself.
