We stayed for 2 months in one of their apartment complexes in Maastricht. Everything was absolutely perfect with all facilities you could need. Very professional service but also very personal experience from all in the company. We couldn't recommend it more for a short stay apartment in Maastricht! Would definitely contact them again if we ever needed an apartment there again.

We stayed on a short-term agreement at an apartment provided by City Housing Maastricht in December 2019 - January 2020. Our experience with the service was excellent all-around, starting from initial communication through the official website. After explaining our needs, we received an offer for a better location than the one we were originally looking at. E-mail responses were typically within an hour and all aspects of the agreement were fulfilled exactly as promised/arranged. Recommended.

If you’re looking for two highly unprofessional real estate agents who like to illegally deduct a ridiculous amount of money from your deposit and think they are above the law, then look no further! During the final inspection they will tell you that everything is fine and then send you a cleaning charge of 150. If you ask to see an invoice they will tell you that they have “made an arrangement” with the new tenant, consisting of you paying the new tenant 150 to clean his/her own apartment. Even when told by a lawyer that what they are doing is illegal, they will disregard the law and charge you anyways. If this is the type of disrespectful and illegal service and treatment you are looking for, then this is the perfect place to rent from! Best of luck to anyone renting from them!

If I could put a zero star, I would. I have had a horrible experience with this agency. I would not recommend for any first time renters as I believe they have deceived me and my roommates (all first time renters). They have consistently talked down to us, especially one lady called Mir. It has been really hard to communicate with them and have had to use the help of a housing helpdesk to do so. In addition to this, the owner of the house was constantly peering in our window and coming in the apartment without consent, just a violation of privacy in my eyes. Overall, 0/5 would not recommend.
