Nice bike station, easy process for getting a OV bike, friendly staff. It's also open until late at night.

Very friendly mister helped us rent those OV-fiets. He warned us about the biking restrictions inside for the safety of others, especially kids. On returning the bikes there was a different mister (bit to our disappointment) but he was also friendly and very efficient. He was helping 5-6 person almost almost simultaneously. Returning our bikes went without any physical contact, getting them also. Well thought about and planned!

We visited from South Africa and have quiet high end Mountain bikes. We place them in storage with Richard, that maned the station, He was extremely nice and helpful. He had a good selection of locks available if your lock is not up to standard. Richard is rated 10/10!!! Excellent customer service!
