I’ve been to post offices in around 15 countries that I can remember, and this one is by far the worst ever. I have had several encounters here unfortunately (since I’m in Maastricht often) and they disappoint me every single time. If you think post office staff can’t be rude, inattentive and disorganized, come visit here. If you think they can’t try to make you feel uncomfortable, definitely visit here. If you think they can’t be very unhelpful to the most simple questions that you might have as a foreigner/new in town, absolutely give this place a shot. I wonder if that sort of personality is what it takes to be hired there, or they train them to be that way.
Rudest personnel I have ever met. Too bad this is where my parcels are sent to if I am not home and I have to encounter them often.
This post office is always understaffed and disorganized when trying to find packages
