Outstanding customer service!! Certainly the most honest experience I've ever had with scooter shop. The owner immediately found the problem I had with my Ciao and he didn't charge me because apparently it was easily fixed. Besides being very knowledgeable, he is also extremely friendly, we even had a coffee and a nice chat together. The only downside I can think of about this experience is that I haven't discovered this place before.
Amazing service! The owner is very friendly and responsive with fair prices. I I would often come with minor problems to my scooter and he wouldn't charge me a dime for it. 10/ 10 would recommend, you even get free coffee !
Very kind, honest and trustworthy. Iv been to other scooter businesses in Maastricht and the service there cannot compare to this one. I brought my scooter in to get the tire fixed because I thought it had a hole in the tire. I came back the same day to pick it up and it actually just needed to be pumped up. He didn't lie and say it needed to be repaired and he didn't charge me a single cent for the service. Amazing. This will be my permanent scooter repair spot from now on.
