We did a guided tour to the beach ending in a horror trip. When we mounted the horses they gave me a whip, saying the horse would be lazy on the beach but already bucked down someone early that day due to using it. On the beach we were 13 riders with only 1 leader in the front that did not give any clear instruction when changing paces nor did she check properly up on the group. That evening there were a lot of runners on the beach and my horse got very scared. Clearly it was not used to the beach (especially to the water). It ended up falling and I landed on my head. My helmet was completely smashed! The leader did not realise realise that I had fallen of for at least 5 minutes when my horse run past them. My friend was screaming for help and was even told of for doing so. Back a the stable, the owner did not show any responsibility! She did not want to discuss the matter with me at all (did not want to give me her insurance details neither did she want to pay for the damage) and even told me it was unnecessary to go to the hospital (which I did afterwards as I was suffering pain). My friend and I are experienced riders and were shocked to see how they treat the horses as well as their guests.

De mensen hier gaan zeer slecht met de paarden om. Ze krijgen geen rust en worden tot het uiterste gepusht.
Ausritt war in Ordnung. Für 20 kann man nicht meckern. Man wird dort jedoch nicht begrüßt und eine Einweisung gibt es auch nicht. Das einzige mal dass mit mir gesprochen wurde war als ich bezahlt habe und ich wurde gefragt wie lange ich schon reite Daraufhin wurde mir ein pferd in die hand gedrückt was schon fertig geputzt und gesattelt war dann sind alle aufgestiegen und es ging los. Es wurde nicht gesagt wie wir uns verhalten sollen, Gangwechsel würden wuch nicht angesagt, nur kurz die hand gehoben. Als wir wieder am Stall waren wurde uns auch nicht gesagt was wir tun sollen.. Hab mein pferd dann abgesattelt und in die Box gestellt. Verabschiedet hat sich auch niemand. Also freundlich sind die Leute dort nicht aber wenn man gern Mal am Strand reiten möchte kann man das für 20 dort gut machen. Ich kenne aber einige andere Ställe wo es sehr viel schöner ist
