We got our Pegasus Corona Disk from Mantel The Wall outlet It was very overwhelming experience every single time we visited staff is very supportive and always ready to help and give good advice Been there during Covid as well following social distancing rules allowing limited no of people and maintaining good hygiene as well

Everybody in any shop is very friendly before your purchase. But, what important is to get support when something goes wrong after your purchase. It was very disappointing to detect a manufacturing problem with my 2 weeks old Cannondale Synapse 105 Carbon. First, Mantel's call center was very helpful to make a quick appointment at Mantel Utrecht. Second, Wolfgang at the service desk of Mantel Utrecht was super supportive. He confirmed the problem with his colleagues very quickly and explained all the options that we can consider to solve this issue (a quick fix to return of the bicycle). Finally, we agreed to order a new bicycle for a replacement. So, I am glad that I made my purchase at Mantel. Thanks Wolfgang! Thanks Mantel!

Professional and helpful team. They go the extra mile to make customers happy. I went there at the end of the day to pick up my gazelle, the bike needed tuning before being city proof and there were only 10 mins to the closing time of the store. The workshop team however decided to finish a bit later and help me getting my bike ready as I live quite far from the shop. Thank you!!

I bought a pair of pedals from Mantel and after a couple of weeks they started making a terrible clicking noise. I returned the pedals but after three weeks I’m still waiting for a response, let alone a replacement. I spoke to customer service who basically told me they cannot offer me any service or help in anyway. I would recommend to stay away from this company.
