Friendly staff. They responded quickly to my email request. And they helped me not only buy a great bike rack/fietsendrager a few months ago, but when I was looking for a new bike, they understood exactly what my requirements were and were able to advise on a something suitable. Their body scan system is very cool and lets you get the right sizing for a bike. Very satisfied with this shop. Would recommend it!

Trying to do the business with this shop for more than a year now. Maxstein has a wide range of e-bikes, which was the reason I came to them. Sadly, their customer service is unprofessional and pretty irritating. You feel they don’t have time for you and their mind is wandering somewhere, jumping from one customer to another. They never think with you genuinely - feels like they just want to sell the stuff immediately to you and that’s it - better leave the shop after it. Moreover, their workshop service is run by careless people with bad manners and little understanding of your needs. Even if you ask them to note your wishes, they ignore it. Even if they realize along the way something cannot be done, they don’t call you with an update. And even when you pick up your bike and reveal their mistakes, they act like nothing happened, being unable to say sorry. And then, to cover their mistakes, they try to do something fast and sloppy. Totally fed up with this attitude. Truly regret I bought a bike there I had to go through this craziness for the past year. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Better avoid frustration and do business with someone else. Someone who is reasonably, has some compassion and is trained to deal with customers.

Is een zaak, die service bijzonder hoog heeft. Had een probleem met mijn E-bike met display. Belde op, hoefde geen afspraak te maken, werd direct geholpen. En ook nog eens zeer goedkoop. Wens iedere fietsliefhebber deze zaak toe. Bedankt mensen.

Ondanks dat het best lang wachten was vanuit Stromer zelf is het toch zeer netjes met veel geduld afgehandeld deze garantie claim voor de Stromer ST3 waar het recuperation onderdeel van aanliep in de motor(achterwiel). Ook een ST1 2019 Launch Edition als leenfiets gekregen, die trouwens ook echt goed rijd(superframe, erg goed wendbaar in de bochten), komt erg licht over!
