Rented at the Churchilllaan. The location is well taken care off with an amazing view from the 17th floor. All utilities are taken care off, internet, electricity, security etc. Reaction from Mindspace always was quick and friendly. Another big pro is the flexibility in the contract. No matter if you need an office for 3 months or 3 years, or if you just don't know, Mindspace has a solution that works. It might be a bit more expensive, but the stress avoided from the flexible contract terms is easily worth it. If you're looking for flexible, stress-free renting on a fantastic location, Mindspace Utrecht might be for you.

Great place to have an office or meetings
Facilities are good, I like the amount of security and it's generally a good place to work. Be careful handing your deposit over since they will struggle to pay it back even after the terms they set out in the contract. This is a big fail on their part unfortunately and damages trust.
I moved here from another workspace that had more of a corporate feel to it, and this is such an improvement! I’ve just been here a month and so far so good. Nice warm feel to it. Good kitchen, shared space, and good people.
Nice co-working. All of the facilities are fine.
