Avoid at all cost! Questionable diagnoses, unfriendly staff, multiple missed appointments and hardly ever calls back. Save yourself the trouble please, this has cost me a lot of valuable time of my life that I don’t wish upon anyone.

The male doctor seems to be much better now, finally stopped asking all those what do you think it is questions. However, there was a replacement doctor. . Had a bad experience with this person, not taking any actions, while seeing the issue in front of her. Giving me answers like in my opinion... I did not come for your opinion, i came for medical attention and actions to be taken on defined values. If i want to hear people blabber their opinions to me, I will talk to random people in the street, or talk to my barber. This was ridiculous, requiring me to yet again return, when my own GP returns. Left with two references for specialists, while there was no cause for this, and no actions taken, while still in pain. Filed a complaint with the health insurance company, and will follow up with complaints to the GP office itself. ! New appointment, new issue ! Another fine example of .... dutch quality? let's call it that! Went there, with flu. Answer : maybe paracetamol o and you can go buy yourself some nasal sprays. Ever heard of antiviral medication ? And how about you give me the nasal spray and something for the coughing? Seriously, what is this? the 1950s? Another update: finally had a proper GP! Gave me a nose spray, advise how to battle this. Advised what to do when certain events occur. This guy knew his stuff ! It's not so hard, just for the sake of our health stop putting people who just left university up as temporary GPs. And yet another incident: Called today around 3 for an appointment. Assistant asked me why I called at this time in a condensing manner. Simple answer : none of your damn business. Filed a complaint via the insurance regarding this behavior.
