Super quick delivery multiple times in NL with an immediate response via email and very friendly & helpful customer service. In addition to that, I received a replacement of one of the items without any extra effort (besides sending a picture of the defect). Within 3 days of the item breaking, I had a new one at home without any additional costs a card that said \SORRY\ a little bottle of wine! :) Super thoughtful and forward-thinking. (The replaced item cost 8)

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME .It is a very bad and weak company. My product was not delivered. They did not accept my compensation. They have not returned my money so now ... they treated me very badly.

I feel cheated with this supplier. I purchased a printer and they promised the next day delivery. I even paid for the next day delivery. Next day- No printer 3rd day- No printer 4th day - No printer On 5th day evening, I decided to contact them just to get a reply that the printer is out of stock. They had to wait 5 days and my email to say that. Further, they offered me a printer of lower quality by paying an extra amount. In fact, double the amount that I had paid for the one I paid for. I hope to never ever do business with this company again. I have asked for a refund now and hope they do just that.
