Very rude staff. Told me initially that my bike would be fixed same day when I brought it in first thing in the morning. Did not call me back as promised and when I went there in person they said come back in 3 days then the colleague who looked at your bike will be back and might be able to tell you whether he can fix it or not. Total waste of time.

They wanted 40 euros to replace a tire, without really looking to see what was wrong. This was far too much, so I fixed it myself. They wanted 10 euros (bargained down from 12) to re-attach the plastic covering surrounding my chain, again without looking to see what was wrong. I paid this a day later when my bike was fixed. I asked the mechanic who was there at the time (different to the one who charges far too much) why the price was so high. He tried to justify this, saying it must've been an expensive job. Systematically overcharging for routine jobs, plus the attitude of one of the mechanics is quite off-putting. Nijmegen Centraal has a more efficient and friendlier, cost-effective service.
I wanted to give 0 star,but the lowest is 1 star.really don't recommend this place!!! The staff is rude and impolite! We said 6 euros for fixing only a flat tire,but he changed the inner tube directly and asked for 20euro.it is hard to cancel when the repairmen is done already! Then only 2 days!!!!the new tube broken again,I came there ,this time without any check,they want to change outter tire for 40 euro !!!! Come on,is your replacements made of gold?! PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, there are much better service in city center! Here staff can't do anything but just changing replacements,with extremely high price and uncomfortable service !!
