Rented for the 10th time with the Nijmegen branch, ordered late the previous night this time. Not a problem at all. Van was ready for pick up first thing in the morning. Excellent service, as always.

Easy to rent. Just wish you could return vehicle to a different location.
It is not cool to get an email the morning of the supposed rent date, to find out the rented van was not available. Fail. I'm pretty sure it's easy to count a couple of vans and tell your customers a few days earlier. Thanks for messing up my day.
Impeccable service, and it is quite cheap too. They also speak a good English. Six stars from me. Update: While I previously used to rent a storage box, I also recently rented a truck to move out of town. I riaffirm my utterly positive experience. Everything was stated very clearly, and the personnel was kind and cooperative. Prompt refund of the deposit, prices were competitive, the truck was flawless.
Me and my girlfriend went to bo rent both to rent a van in order to move our stuff to our new place and to rent a 12 cube meter storage. The people are very helpful and clear, everything went great. Also the storage service is great. If you need to move or to store I suggest and highly recommend it!
