Honest shop. I took my bike to another shop twice due to back wheel issues and they said they adjusted things, only to have it break the very next day. This shop correctly identified the problem and informed me fully before making any repairs. I keep taking my bikes there, very satisfied. Also very cheap, would recommend for students

Bought a bike, went out of the shop and found out there was a problem (with the pedals). Went back, he did something and said it was OK. Went outside, same problem. Went back in, he looked at it again (and again only for a second), did something and said it was OK. Went outside, again the problem... So I told him to take a real look at it (in a less nice way). Surprise, there was a real problem with the bike. He would fix it, but how can you trust someone that would send you away with a broken bike, three times!? So I wanted my money back... 'That is not possible because you paid with a card'. This is of course not true, but I had to tell him that multiple times. Finally he admitted that it could be done, but tomorrow. So now I'll wait...
Went to them twice with the same problem, both times they did something then said it was fixed, but the problem was still there. I asked my dad to take a look at my bike and he found what the real problem was straightaway. It was a problem with the chain, somehow they managed to miss it, even though one of their 'fixes' involved lubricating the chain...
Afgelopen week supervriendelijk geholpen. Mijn fiets versnellingssysteem was verouderd en na wat andere fietsenwinkels bezocht en gebeld te hebben dacht ik dat het niet te vervangen was. Bij toeval loop ik hier binnen en ze hebben precies wat ik nodig heb, liggen. 2 Dagen later heb ik weer een fiets als nieuw! Superfijn!

Slecht service. Zonder te vragen een nieuwe band van 35 euro op een fiets van 40 euro geplaatst. Spreek dus voor je een fiets achter laat wat je maximaal wil uitgeven. Ik was anders wel naar andere fietsen gaan kijken. Wel snel gerepareerd.
Zeer eerlijk advies. Raadde aan om zelf een geheel nieuw wiel erop te zetten ipv meerdere spaken te laten vervangen. Gaf ook nog de maat van het wiel door. Hier kom ik zeker terug!
Werd bijzonder goed en eerlijk voorgelicht en geholpen.
