it's the worst shop I've ever been to, they are rude, not at all helpful. We went with my husband to buy shoes, and we've been asking for help for a while, and no employee was serving us, they say find yourself . my husband took the shoes but he was mistaken he got the wrong number but did not get the box , I went to the shop in the afternoon to change with my receipt, but they did not help me. they said that since I did not have the box did not change the shoes, the box was in the shop. I do not understand why not change my shoes ...

Online bestellen bij JD-sports.. DOE HET NIET! Sinds 1.5 maand is het een zooitje, meerdere producten besteld & nog niets van binnen gekregen. Hier meermaals achteraan gegaan (5 mails en 3 messenger berichten) in het Engels & Nederlands, want makkelijk maken ze het je niet. & uiteindelijk het bericht gekregen dat het ergens zoek is geraakt **Komen ze 5 weken later achter?! Wel bijzonder want na de belofte dat het nét bij DPD afgeleverd is en het snel thuis zou arriveren is niets minder waar. De klantenservice heeft zelfs een fake Track&trace code gegeven om me bezig te houden (datum & adres klopte niet). Nu de optie gekozen voor een refund, ben benieuwd of het geld wel z'n weg terug weet te vinden.
