This company is very unprofessional and not responsive. They delivered faulty product with a delay of 35 days. Since the product was faulty I tried they sent a technician who fixed the problem which was good, however the next day the machine broke again with the same sensor fault. Since then I am trying the contact them by phone, e-mail, whats app, facebook etc... no response. Do not order from them, especially the mobile AC unit called Evolar ES-9000

Zeer slecht, monteur heeft geen koppelingen bij (zelf geregeld), weet niet hoe de thermostaat moet worden aangesloten, 4,5 uur gewerkt 9 uur tellen, krijg geen gespecificeerde rekening van de materiaalkosten (100 euro extra bijgeteld). Krijg ook geen reactie terug op de klacht, kortom niet te vertrouwen en niet bekwaam.
