The apartment was very nice and in a good location, and we really enjoyed living there for few years, but the attitude of ACM staff was very annoying. When we have settled in, the apartment was not in a perfect condition (faded walls etc., though nothing really crucial), but we were totally fine with it and did not raise any concern. Neither did the inspector inform me during the \move-in\ appointment that I should pay special attention to some \cosmetic\ defects. Stupidly enough, we did not make any photo proof of how the apartment looked like. Then, when we moved out, we were requested to fix all the defects that were already there before us. The most disgusting thing is that the inspector who arranged us to do the repair is the same person who introduced the apartment to us back in 2015 without saying a word about the problems, - Katia Hamal. So, if you decide to rent a property from ACM Vastgoed (I think now its name is NMG), be extremely cautious and insist that every single shortcoming (tiny spots on the walls, color gradients and so on) is properly documented.

Sinds en paar mensen huur ik bij jullie een apartement Een maand geleden is er een riolpijp kapot gegaan waardoor alles is gaan lekke snel is er een nood reparatie laten doen door hun omdat het MOET zodat er minder schaden komt En nu kan ik het ( bekijken ) Want ik blijf bellen bellen bellen Ik word ( terug gebelt ) dus ik bel jullie wel Maar dan is me hoofdpersoon er telkens niet terwel je gewoon zoveel uur per dag aan het werken moet zijn Kort om ga hier niet huren Vragen te veel huur Wanneer er echt iets is nemen ze de tijd te letterlijk
Je belt mij en daarna bel ik jou om te vragen wie mij gebeld heb, hoor je receptie zeggen (weet ik veel wie je gebeld heb). dat was een goede.
Sinds een paar maanden huren wij een woning bij NMG. Er zijn in de tussentijd een paar reparaties nodig geweest. Er werd, na het melden, snel contact met ons opgenomen en vrij snel daarna is alles gerepareerd. Tot nu toe alleen maar goede ervaringen.
Zelden zo'n slechte verhuurder getroffen. Leggen alles buiten zichzelf en nemen weinig tot geen verantwoordelijkheid.
Herhaaldelijk worden er verschillende voertuigen uit de parkeergarage van het Vormenrijk gestolen. Na meerdere malen dit aangegeven te hebben met buurtbewoners, wordt er nogsteeds niks aan gedaan! Dit speelt al sinds het begin dat Vormenrijk er staat.
