Very Bad experience, I have been chasing SVB since last one years, called so many times and here I am with a fine of 405 Euros because of inaccurate information they provided to me. I kept telling them the same information which was true and yet they could not tell me or explain me whats the problem. Now when I received the fine, they are telling me what I should have done. Lastly, they threw that \its mentioned in the letter\ s**** on me. I kept telling them your communications were wrong and than when you corrected them it was still not clear. Need help clarification of this to avoid this fine. Please help. They are telling me we cant do anything.! These rating here from people confirms that I am not the only one who is suffering from this bad service. Such a waste of hard earned money especially in these difficult times. If anyone is reading this do something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helaas ben nu 2 maanden bezig en bel om de 3 weken met het verzoek de jaaropgave van mijn moeder die op 16 december 2020 is overleden om het F form in te vullen, heb het nog steeds niet ontvangen, weinig vertrouwen in ONZE overheid op deze wijze!!

Krijg een mail dat er een bericht staat in mijn berichtenbox SVB. Hoe kom ik daar in? Inloggen met DigiD bij de belastingdienst levert niets op. Hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen, want voor je het weet sta je als fraudeur te boek!

Zeer slecht bereikbaar. Site is onduidelijk. Krijg je eindelijk iemand aan de tel weet diegene niet waar ze het over heeft enis ook nog eens brutaal.

Bel niet naar dure 0900 nummers maar bel ons op t nummer dat op elke pagina onderaan bij contact staat. Als je dan contact aanklikt krijg ik weer bovenstaande melding....grrrrr, geef me gewoon je nummer dan bah bah
